Can I add organization/company details in your designs?
Sure. Every design on our website can add name and details into it.
Extra charge of RM20.00 if the quantity is below 20. If the quantity is above 20, add any info into the mugs will be free of charge and you will get a better price. Kindly WhatsApp us 016-2640227, we will send you the range of discount.
The more you purchase, the more discount will be given.
Let us know the designs and quantity you choose, we will do the artwork for you to proof read before proceed to print.
Who will going to design for me?
If you want us to provide you with a new design service, the additional charge for each design is RM100.00; however, the copyright of the design still belongs to our company.
You can send us your own designs for print. (200mm x 90 mm with at least 300 dpi)

Our location is in Klang, Selangor, homebased business.
What is the weight of a mug?
1. 350g per mug with standard box.
2. 360g per mug with polyfoam box.

11oz or 330ml

How much is the postage within West Malaysia?

How much is the shipping cost to East Malaysia per M3?
Below are the shipping rates per M3 :
Kuching RM262, Sibu RM267, Bintulu RM302, Miri RM302, Kota Kinabalu RM277, Labuan RM392, Sandakan RM297, Tawau RM297, Lahad Datu RM372.
Minimum Freight Charges: 0.3 M3 (East Malaysia), 0.5 M3 (Labuan & Lahad Datu)
If the goods are found to be damaged when receiving the goods, do you allow replacement?
For an additional RM0.50 premium per cup, you can enjoy 100% compensation for damage during transportation.
The return process is simple. Please take a picture of the defective items, then WhatsApp us. Exchange shipping costs will be borne by us. The return policy is only valid for 14 days from the time you receive it.
How soon can I receive the products?
Depends on your order quantity, normally after payment and sample are confirmed, all orders below 300 pcs will be shipped out within 7 working days.
What are the payment terms?
For orders over RM 1,000, we will process the order after payment of the deposit. At least 70% deposit and 30% balance before delivery.
For orders under RM 1,000, we will process your order after full payment.
